Line Marking Applicator Overview
The new and improved PermaStripe, PermaRoute, and PermaLean line marking applicator is designed for fast and efficient installation of our warehouse floor marking tapes across large areas. It dramatically improves efficiency, making it the perfect choice when applying PermaStripe, PermaRoute, or PermaLean as your facility’s marking tape solution.
With no assembly required and quick setup, the applicator lets you apply floor tape to clean, dry surfaces in a fraction of the time it would take by hand.
Unlike our previous model, this applicator has been redesigned to handle all three tape systems. PermaStripe is reverse-rolled (top surface inside), while PermaRoute and PermaLean are conventionally rolled (top surface outside). The applicator integrates both setups, ensuring each type is applied smoothly and accurately.
Operating the new line marking applicator is simple. Insert the spindle through your chosen tape roll, follow the CNC-etched instructions on the side plate for correct orientation, and you’re ready to go.
The applicator includes quick-pin adjustments for 2” (50mm), 3” (75mm), and 4” (100mm) rolls, along with automated, tension-controlled liner removal. A large aluminum roller ensures firm adhesion to the floor, while the wider wheelbase provides extra stability. The ergonomic handle also reduces hand and shoulder fatigue during large-scale applications-making it an ideal tool for facilities with extensive floor marking needs.
